As I am unable to get into the store a virtual appointment was perfect. My stylist was very enthusiastic, had great ideas and had excellent knowledge of the products. She was able to send fabric samples and even followed up to check how I got on and if there was anything else I would like to change or add to the pieces we had picked out.

Danielle from the Norwich branch was outstanding. She listened to me at all stages. This was an empty flat and Danielle had the tricky job of fitting it out. Danielle's eye for colors and product knowledge were second to none. She was flexible, changed as required, and truly professional, meeting me in the branch, and going to the flat. There is no way my flat would look as good without her.

I found it an excellent service. Inspiring and motivating. I enjoyed a good rapport with my stylist, Rachel. She was patient and helpful throughout. Her ideas and knowledge broadened my perspective of what is possible. Very grateful.
